Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Mexican Rice Recipe website by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a specific URL where the infringing content appears).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Our Designated Copyright Agent for notice of alleged copyright infringement appearing on the Site can be reached via our contact page.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent (see contact link below). Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Mexican Rice Recipe may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the Counter-Notification and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. We will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the Counter-Notification, unless our Designated Copyright Agent first receives notice from the complaining party that such party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system.

You may reach our Designated Copyright Agent through our contact page for any DMCA related inquiries.
